Three traditional bardsongs tell the story of three kids. In India Sahir and his father pick up trash for a living. While his father, a quiet man, accepts his fate without any judgement, Sahir often feels he's treated unfairly. In Mali Bouba is searching for an important answer, that might change his whole life. And in Tibet a young girl and her father travel far to learn how to deal with other people's expectations. Sander Francken tells three tales through traditional bardsongs that are interpreted by musical celebreties from these regions.
